What You Will Learn

**Responsibilities**:
Content Strategy:

- Develop comprehensive content strategies: Align content with overarching business goals and target audience needs.

- Develop and maintain brand guidelines: Ensure consistent messaging and tone across all content channels.

Social Media and Community Engagement:

- Develop and manage social media strategies: Create and execute effective social media campaigns.
- Engage with the target audience: Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Measure and analyze social media performance: Track key metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.

Analytics and Reporting:

- Implement tracking and measurement tools: Utilize analytics software to monitor content performance.
- Analyze data and provide insights: Generate actionable reports and recommendations based on data-driven findings.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs): Define and track metrics relevant to content strategy goals.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing.
- Skills:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to effectively present content performance data and insights to clients.
- Strong knowledge of social media management, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), Google Analytics, and Google AdWords.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong team player, open-minded, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
