**The Role**: We’re looking for a creative, entrepreneurial, driven, and growth-oriented marketing strategist to join our team. This role goes beyond content creation—it’s about building and executing strategic marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement, and ultimately business growth across multiple channels. You’ll play a key role in launching new products, strengthening our presence both online and offline, expanding sales and partnership channels, and helping shape the voice and direction of a fast-growing activewear brand.

Whether it’s day-to-day social media management, activating our community online & offline, collaborating with partners, or testing out bold ideas to move the needle, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact. Students and fresh grads with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Social Media Strategy & Management: Own the content calendar, create engaging visuals and captions, and manage Instagram and other platforms to grow our audience and brand presence.
- Creative Development: create content using design and video tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, CapCut, etc. - there’s no limit on your creativity as long as the style stays true to the brand
- Drive Brand and Business Growth: Develop and implement marketing initiatives that directly contribute to revenue growth, customer acquisition, and brand expansion.
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Work with the team to plan and run integrated campaigns for new product launches, activations, and key promotional periods.
- Marketing Performance & Insights: Track, analyze, and report performance metrics for social, digital, and campaign activities. Use insights to refine strategies.
- Channel & Partnership Expansion: Support initiatives to grow our digital and physical sales channels, and build valuable brand partnerships and collaborations.
- Offline Marketing & Events: Assist in planning and executing community activations, pop-up markets, fitness events, and more.
- Cross-functional Marketing Support: Work across teams to ensure brand consistency and marketing alignment across touchpoints—from eCommerce to retail to partnerships.

**What We're Looking For**:

- An entrepreneurial creative thinker who’s also data-curious and results-driven
- Bachelor or Diploma’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Management or a related field.
- Excellent graphic design and video editing skills and strong proficiency in relevant tools, including the Adobe Suite (mainly Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects), Canva, CapCut, etc.
- Savvy with various social media platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining business relationships.
- Ability to multitask and take on various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player who is eager to learn, adapt, and grow with our brand.
