We are looking for a **Digital Marketing Executive **to join our growing team.

Digital marketing strategies are extremely important for our company's success, so your role will play a crucial one in helping the company achieve our business goals and objectives.

Your role will be to work closely with the team to create engaging content for the company's social media presence (IG, FB, Google my business), including keeping social media channels updated and brand-focused, and seeking out new ways of connecting with audiences and grow the social media following.

**Digital Marketing Executive Duties and Responsibilities**
- Content Creation : social media posts, copywriting, design, videography
- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
- Stay up to date with best practices
- Manage all digital marketing channels
- Measure ROI and KPIs
- Oversee all the company's social media accounts eg FB, IG, Google my biz, twitter, Linked In
- Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
- Monitor the changing landscape for digital marketing channels and provide feedback to the management
- Manages company social media channels, (including Instagram, Facebook, Google my business) in line with the brand identity
- Create dynamic written, graphic, and video content for social media channels
- Create content that promotes audience interaction, increases audience presence on company sites, and encourages audience participation ( **these content must strictly comply to the PHMC guidelines from MOH that will be provided to you)
- Analyses and reports audience information and demographics, feedback results of social media initiatives, and make suggestions for improvements
- Influencer management : Coordination of influencer marketing and marketing campaigns

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing and content creation (photography, copywriting, videography, design)
- At least 1 year of experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
- Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
- Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics will be advantage
- Familiarity with website management
- Results-driven, sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company’s success

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Teachable and willing to learn new skills
- Adaptability

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
