**About Our Client**:

- An equipment manufacturer striving to offer cutting-edge products and inventive solutions to the sophisticated **semiconductor assembly and packaging sector.**:

- Working Hour: Mon - Fri 9.00am - 6.00pm
- Location: North Coast Salary Package: Up to $7,000 basic

**Responsibilities**:

- Demonstrate proficient knowledge in **Semiconductor Assembly/Advanced Packaging Processes and equipment.**:

- Effectively interact with **existing and potential customers **, and manage sales channels to achieve revenue goals.
- Independently present the company's equipment solutions and their benefits to customers across all levels.
- Supervise equipment demonstrations and benchmarking processes for successful outcomes.
- Serve as a bridge between internal teams and customers regarding technical issues.
- Handle complaints, coordinate internal efforts, and offer timely solutions for customer issues on assigned projects. Supervise internal teams and processes to ensure on-time delivery of equipment and upgrades.

**What You'll Need to Succeed**:

- Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or its equivalent Semiconductor Assembly Equipment knowledge.
- **Familiar with South East Asia Semiconductor Assembly Equipment Market.**:

- Strong communication and good interpersonal skills.
- **Project Management experience.**:

- A meticulous, organized and resourceful team player.
- A highly motivated individual who works independently with little supervision.
- Work in cleanroom environment at customer site; do not mind long working hours. At least 3 years of relevant experience
