As the Regional Business Intelligence Intern, this person will be fully integrated into the team and make business contributions towards common team goals by working on various BI initiatives.

**Data Analysis and Dashboard Optimization with DOMO**
- Utilize our BI Tool - DOMO to extract actionable insights, create custom reports, and present findings to drive improved decision-making
- Regularly assess and optimize the dashboard's performance, addressing any feedback or issues to ensure efficient operation for all users
- Work on the integration of data from various sources into DOMO, focusing on the creation and enhancement of ETLs processes to ensure incoming data is properly prepared and structured for meaningful analysis and reporting

**Cross-functional stakeholder management**
- Liaise with various teams across 11 markets to standardize and enhance BI processes in Asia
- Communicate the impact of BI initiatives to relevant teams
- Present findings and recommendations based on data analysis to improve business processes and decision-making

**Identify and support BI improvement initiatives**
- Learning about user governance & requirements in Domo at Sephora
- Identify cases that do not comply with governance policies and work with relevant teams to optimize resources, ensure content accuracy, and manage responsible editor rights
- Collaborate with DOMO to share and implement best practices in dashboard design, data visualization, data governance, and stay updated on the latest features to enhance BI processes and data skills

- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics or other equivalent courses
- You have a keen interest in the beauty industry
- You enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment
- You are a team player and enjoy working with people of different backgrounds and expertise
- You are available for a full-time internship for 6 months from Jan to Jun 2025
