Singapore LITTLE PROFESSORS LEARNING CENTRE PTE. LTD. Full time

In charge of running the operations of the centres in the cluster.

Establish and maintain good relations with relevant stakeholders (School management, Parents, Internal and External parties)

Manage and lead a team of Supervisors and teachers in our school-based centres.

Continuously train and motivate Supervisors and Programme Staff.

Evaluate and constantly improve the staff classroom management skills.

Able to counsel students and staff with behavioral / disciplinary issues.

Provide weekly and monthly reports for management.

In charge of yearly events and activities of the centres.

**Job Requirements**:
Obtained the relevant Student Care related course certificates.

2 years of minimum working experience in the related field

Excellent communication skills
