Operations & Admin Executive (Lifting & Transport Industry)

Singapore STEADY STEAD LIFTING Full time

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Operations & Admin Executive**to support our crane lifting and heavy haulage operations. This role involves coordinating project logistics, preparing essential job documents, and supporting daily administrative tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and organize **lifting plans, rigging plans, risk assessments, and method statements**(training and templates will be provided)
- Coordinate daily project schedules, lifting crew deployment, and site arrangements
- Track and update **lifting gear records**and ensure all accessories are within valid certification
- Communicate with clients, site teams, and vendors to align on project timelines and site requirements
- Occasionally attend site for coordination, handover, or to assist in job documentation and verification
- Maintain filing systems for lifting documentation and project records

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum a Degree**in any discipline (Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related fields preferred)
- Good command of **Microsoft Word and Excel**; familiar with file and document management
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to manage multiple jobs at once
- Comfortable liaising with site crew, vendors, and clients
- Willing to learn about lifting operations, equipment, and jobsite safety
- Basic understanding of AutoCAD or willingness to learn is a bonus
- Class 3 license is an advantage but not required
