Singapore MARQUIS FURNITURE GALLERY PTE LTD Full time

We are looking for well-groomed, proactive individuals who are team players, sales driven and customer service driven for our fast-growing high-end furniture retail group.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver consistent, friendly and responsive service to assisting and new customers at all times
- Provide aftersales services and follow up with customers on their requests
- Advise customers by providing information on the products
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the showroom target
- Able to build long-term relationships with new and assisting clients
- Maintain the shop floor, assist with visual merchandising, stock management & replenishment

**Requirement**:

- Well-groomed, outgoing, cheerful, and customer service oriented
- Energetic, enthusiastic and responsible team player
- Strive to understand brand and product knowledge
- Positive, independent personality
- Good command of English
- Service-oriented, motivated, and sales driven
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Luxury retails.

**Experience in high-end Furniture Retail will be an added advantage.

**Other Information**:

- Work location: Raffles Hotel or Marine Square
- Basic salary + commission of UP to $2K to $4K per month
- Working hours: Monday to Sun, 11 am to 8 pm (6 off days per month)
- Flexible off days schedule can be arranged
- 5.5 days’ work week
