You will be part of the Digital Technology Team and together, you will innovate, create, and deploy digital products that will empower more than 3,800 employees within SP Group and improve the quality of life for the 1.6 million commercial, industrial and residential customers that SP Group serves. **What You'll Do**:

- Support installation and implementation of IoT products and networking devices in the field
- Support site survey, coordination and implementation low power Radio frequency devices
- Assist logistics, planning, execution and updates of daily on-site work
- Support site supervision work and ensure safety is adhered to. Safety training and certification will be provided by SP Digital before the Technical Officer is allowed to perform any onsite work
- Assist in maintenance and upgrading of electrical, water meters or edge devices firmware in the field
- Support On-Call Standby, on-site support for critical incidents
- Support meter logistics
- Support scheduling and carry out meter batch testing in lab
- Support On-site supervision for meter installation & replacement
- Other tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Work and liaise with contractors for large deployments
- Work and liaise with project or internal teams for future deployments & requirements
- Liaise with internal development teams for related issues & requirements
- Project management and coordination on new projects rollout
- Design of Electrical systems for IoT products.

**What You'll Need**:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Team player who is highly adaptable, embraces teamwork, but also enjoys working independently.
- Coordinating among teams both internal, external and vendors
- Strong familiarity with industrial control systems
- 1-3 Years' experience with field deployments
- Strong knowledge of basic networking, RF communication
- Comfortable working Low Voltage electrical systems and Electrical meters.
- Operating, analysing and diagnosing faults on wireless network systems and able to perform system test and operate test equipment
- Degree in IT, Communications, Mechanical/Electrical, or any related discipline
- Project management experience. PMP certification.
- Proficiency in wireless sensors, TCP/IP networking, RF and Mesh networks
- Proficiency in MS Office suite. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, etc.
- Proficiency in understanding Electrical system and Single Line Diagram (SLD)
