**What You'll Do**:

- Manage planning and scheduling for commercial town gas meters servicing, maintenance and replacement.
- Manage planning, scheduling, preventive and corrective maintenance, PT / TT calibration and validation works for transmission and medium pressure metering installations and meter replacement.
- Liaise with shippers / retailers / Gas Ops for gas meter installations, maintenance, replacement and removal.
- Authorise movement of gas meters and associated fittings between the workshop and store, and to authorised external parties.
- Monitor and maintain stock balance of gas meters and associated fittings at healthy stock level.
- Liaison for gas meter testing/calibration services with external parties.
- Manage and monitor contractor works
- Prepare technical specifications, call, evaluate and award tenders and/ or quotations.
- Manage, administer contracts and monitor budget expenditure.
- Conduct In-house briefing/training for gas metering system.
- Attend and respond to any gas metering issues, dispute and customer queries/feedback in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with the WSH Act (Chapter 354A), Gas Act (Chapter 116A), Gas Metering Code and relevant regulations, standards and specifications for all works.
- Assist in overseeing operation and maintenance of Gas Meter Calibration Facility and Gas Meter Workshop.
- Any other duties assigned

**What You'll Need**:

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent discipline recognised by PE Board Singapore.
- Preferably with Class 3 driving licence and possess own vehicle.
- Proactive with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Able to work independently, as well as in a team and in a challenging environment.
