National Gallery Singapore is a leading visual arts institution which oversees the world’s largest public collection of Singapore and Southeast Asian modern art. DESIGNATION : Senior Executive (Finance)
RESPONSIBILITIES
**This is a **three (3) months** contract handling:
- **
**ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE**
- Responsible for receipt entries in the accounting system
- Preparation of month-end/year-end closing and accrual of accounts to comply with agreed timeline
- Prepare materials and responding to queries required by internal and external auditors
- Grant reimbursement preparation
- Acknowledgement of receipt of donation and issuance of Tax-Deductible Receipts (TDR)
- Prepare AR balance sheet
- Reconciliation of daily ticketing receipts via Global Tix and Global Payment system
- Assist FA sighting
**ACCOUNTS PAYABLE**
Process invoices from vendors on a timely basis
- Process staff expense claims and payment through Coupa and SAP ByDesign
- Handling Corporate Credit Cards Management in procurement system (Coupa) and accounting system (SAP ByDesign)
- Preparing audit schedules and responding to queries from internal and external auditors, as part of Gallery’s annual audit exercise
QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant qualification in accounting
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Preferably with knowledge in SAP
- Able to work independently
- A good team player
