This role will be based in Singapore. It will require travel to customer locations, conferences and exhibitions. Occasional international travel to our regional offices (Taiwan, Japan) and Head Office in the UK will be required.

- Providing technical expertise in support of sales and business development.
- Playing a full and collegiate role in upholding and promoting the values of the company. ß

**Essential Requirements**
- Comfortable programming in Python.
- A systems-thinker, capable of interpreting customer needs and atomising complex requirements.
- Good written and oral communications in English and Mandarin.
- Capable of representing complicated technical matters to a non-technical audience
- Hands on.
- Enjoys being in an office, lab, or field site working with equipment, and developing solutions.
- Able to travel internationally.

**Desirable Requirements**
- Exposure to collaborative software development practices, such as version control using Git.
- Some familiarity with electronics, embedded software, computer vision and machine learning (to a hobbyist level).
- Understanding of Japanese language a bonus.
