Votre mission

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide clerical support to the sales team, perform a number of duties focusing on commercial team activities, act as a link between the commercial team and the internal/ external stakeholders.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports on commercial activities, including sales performance, market trends, and revenue forecasts.
- Collect and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Support the Commercial Director in developing and implementing strategic plans.
- Coordinate and manage commercial projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as sales, marketing, and finance teams, to gather information and facilitate effective decision-making.
- Maintain and organize commercial department documentation, contracts, and agreements.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Assist in the creation and implementation of policies, procedures, and guidelines related to commercial operations.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proven experience in a similar commercial support role, preferably within the industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret data.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in using commercial software and tools, such as CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
