As Coordinator, Trade you will join a dynamic team in developing, maintaining and expanding MSC's Customer base in Singapore by promoting MSC's services as a brand. **Key Responsibilities**

Reporting to the Manager, Trade your main responsibility is to support functions to the Commercial team, including the accuracy of data and information entered in relevant system, generation report, and correspondences with internal departments and external customers.

Your key responsibilities include the following:

- Prepare reports / statistics for Sales / Regional Office (Equipment Report & Forecast / Freight list / Monthly lifting / Budget Report);
- Input daily iSpace figures for export-Singapore loadings;
- Assist trade rates filing in TMS;
- Assist Trade team in reconciliation of rates filing for invoicing and vessel closing;
- Assist team in quotations / sailing schedules to customers;
- Canvas cargoes through tele-marketing;
- Assist Sales team in preparing presentation materials;
- Assist to track and trace shipment for customers via our Tracking system;
- Provide support to Customer Service and Sales team as require.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Who We Are Looking For**
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in shipping industry
- Portnet (preferred)
- Strong written & spoken English Skills
- Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Customer Orientated
- Team Player
- Self-driven and passionate about dealing with people
- Able to work independently
- Meticulous with an eye for details
- Adaptive
