**Responsibilities**:
Business Support - 30%
Partners with Plant Manager of site to provide pertinent data to establish Operational and Financial goal alignment and drive towards results.
Attends Gemba daily as Finance Leader, ensuring Operational activities discussed are appropriately accounted for financially.

Financial Reporting & Control -5 0%
Verifies financial results & provides analysis on results / variances on periodic basis
Capex control and budgeting
Inventory control and review including obsolescence, cycle count
Partners with Operations to implement Standard Cost for existing products and new products by maintaining a high level Operational understanding of the value streams within the site.
Help supervise and provide inputs on various projects including VAVE, Kaizen
Run reports to help various value stream owners supervise their KPIs
Coordinates and leads the preparation of the budget/forecast process for site including as well as analysis of the variances
Prepares interim, quarterly and annual financial documents (Spread template) and supporting analytical review to Global Operations Controller and Corporate Reporting.
Liaison between local site operations team and centralized financial support functions.
Provide necessary data and information for filing annual EDB returns

Compliance & Audit Support - 20%
Responsible for site’s adherence to Company policies, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles for all functions within trial balance.
Oversee the completeness and accuracy of site Trial Balance (all functions) including internal/external audit of the financial statements
Working on blackline to ensure Balance sheet recons are done monthly

**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance with at least 8 - 10 years of experience in costing and manufacturing
Good knowledge and understanding of US GAAP and local taxation
Good solid understanding of SAP
