**MNC - medical parts manufacturing site**

**Location: Serangoon North
- Reporting to US Controller, the Site Controller will prepare monthly accounts, forecast and budget
- Perform financial analysis to spot data anomalies, trends and deviations
- Ensure duly submission of management reports to Corporate and Management team
- Involve and advice on capital investment (equipment purchase, plant expansion) for the site
- Provide business partnering with stakeholders from commerical, manufacturing and R&D team
- Supervise a cost analyst to support manufacturing product cost calculation
- Involve and participate in cost-saving and process efficiency initiatives

**Requirement**
- Degree in Accountancy/Business Administration
- 8 years of finance and management accounting experience in a electronics manufacturing site
- Knowledge in product costing, variance analysis and budgeting/forecasting.
- Proven to manage and able to work with cross-functional team
- Thorough understanding of a production driven environment is a prerequisite
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to be present at production location to understand the business.
