Singapore HERAEUS MEDICAL COMPONENTS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Full time

**Position Description**
- Incumbent supports Heraeus Medevio Singapore. The Site Controller acts as a Business Partner to support the management of Heraeus Medevio business unit.
- He/She is overall responsible for management reporting of the business unit which includes (but not limited to) month-end closing, rolling forecast, annual budgeting and various analysis as requested. He/she is also responsible for CAPEX Investment Management.
- Cooperation and collaboration with the business units and within the Controlling & Corporate Function teams is essential to drive best practices, standardization and documentation.
- The Site Controller needs to be a self-motivated, confident and communicative person to fully assume the role. Analytical skills and thorough Excel knowledge (pivot tables, data warehouse, vlookup etc.) are essential. Proper business acumen, cultural sensitivity, good presentation and Powerpoint skills would be advantageous. Leadership skills are needed to fulfill this role as he/she will be directly responsible for the development and performance of the Costing Analyst.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Responsibile for the preparation of valid monthly accounts/forecasts/budgets
- Spot data anomalies, trends, or deviations and introduces strategies for improvement
- Provides key financial analysis and management reporting by managing various monthly reporting processes
- Work with Regional and site operations heads in setting up business strategy
- Steering of financial planning processes and modeling
- Work with the business in setting-up performance management system and measuring them (KPIs)
- Manages the financial analysis projects and statistical studies
- Provides guidance on investment and project decisions
- Involvement and participation in cost-saving and process efficiency activities/initiatives
- Responsible for overall product cost calculation
- Supervise one costing analysts with direct responsibility for his/her performance and development
- CAPEX investment management

**Knowledge**
- Confident handling of MS Office (Powerpoint & Excel) and SAP R/3
- Thorough knowledge in product costing, variance analysis and budgeting/forecasting
- Thorough understanding of a production driven environment
- Deep understanding of relationship between different Financial KPIs

**Skills**
- Exceptional conceptual skills for further development of Heraeus controlling processes

**Education**
- Degree in Accountancy/Business Administration

**Experience**
- Several years of sound professional experience in a managerial position in the Controlling Department of a company with international operations. Preferably with experience in Manufacturing Companies.
