**Responsibilities**
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to company standards and recipes.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation at all times.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in compliance with SFA standards.
- Assist in menu planning, seasonal specials, and new dish development.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering, and minimise food wastage.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support and mentor junior kitchen staff when required.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Chef, Cook, or in a similar role within F&B.
- Passionate about food, creativity, and delivering quality dishes.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, hygiene, and safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
