**Job Summary**:
Colgate-Palmolive Asia Pacific (APAC) is hiring a Shopper Based Design Manager to join our collaborative team. This is a full-time design management opportunity in the Singapore office. The SBD Manager for APAC will partner with the insights, brand design and in-house digital content and customer development teams to create shopper based design strategy and category-leading omnichannel retail experiences.

An omni-channel creative, you will provide 3D/2D design solutions, translating the brand equity into physical retail experiences as well as visionary branded retail environments (i.e., pop-up stores). At your core, you are passionate about consumer based and trend-forward visual merchandising - on
- and offline.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Mobilize and lead design efforts that drive overall brand strategies across all channels (beginning with packaging designed for a retail environment)
- Oversee the development of compelling product/pack stories for new launches, create digital signage, and identify key focal points to attract customer attention and maximize sales
- Brainstorm and communicate portfolio organizational principles (including planograms) that best benefit the shopper experience
- Work closely with the Consumer Insight team to identify key knowledge gaps and research needs to develop a comprehensive plan for in-store and online design
- Analyze and translate learning plans into shopper-based actionable recommendations for top customers - in-store and online
- Coordinate with Marketing team to develop, implement, and maintain high-impact retail displays to maximize product sales
- Capably manage a variety of current and forthcoming projects at once, with very tight deadlines
- Partner with other creative departments to ensure omnichannel visual principles are adhered to

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor/Master’s degree in design, marketing or similar
- Exposure to Asia, India, China consumer markets
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in omnichannel design management focusing on shopper-based design
- Hands on experience with merchandising, graphic design, retail design and visual marketing
- Knowledge of and passion for trend-forward design across the range of APAC consumer touch points, including specialty, multi and open-sell
- Strong understanding of brand activation and shopper engagement across channels
- Adept at creating differentiated design - setting new standards while enhancing brand engagement
- Ability to travel as needed
