Singapore HKK INSTRUMENTATION TECHNOLOGIES SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Full time

1. Responsible for customer enquiries and end to end from addressing customer enquiries via advise from Sales team, generating quotation, order acknowledgement,order fulfillment, invoicing, assist in account receivables.

2. Communicate with factory/supplier and technical manager on all order related matters (source to delivery, returns, complaint/feedback).

3. Support Sales team with administrative support and assist in the coordination with other departments. Eg. Reports, checks and analysis.

4. Manage customer records, preparation of reports, certificates, address customer feedback in support of Sales Team.

We have vacancy for both intern and full time position.

**Requirements**:
1. Polytechnic diploma preferrable in engineering/Technical discipline.

2. Fresh grads are welcomed. Previous experience with customer service, sales support or sales operations will be advantageous.

3. Basic to intermediate use of MS Office; Outlook, Excel, Word is a requirement.

4. IT social media knowledge will be advantageous.

5. Proficient in written English and normal conversational communication in English and Chinese.

6. Customer oriented.
