**ABOUT THE TEAM**

**THE ROLE**
- Ensure that the Customer and supplier contracts are fully aligned with the ECS portfolio and the risk profile, its coverage along with risk mitigation plan.
- Collaborate with regional Sales and other functions to ensure timely execution of the contracts and its management throughout its lifecycle including executing change management, renewals, expiration / termination as appropriate.
- Support the ECS team in conflict / escalation management with the external parties and collaborate and work with other stakeholders and legal teams to arrive at an outcome based resolution.
- Support the Cloud Compliance Governance wrt contractual obligations especially for the regulated industries, provide certification support, manage complex topics from regulatory compliance perspective like data sovereignty, export controls, sanctions, etc.
- Advise and guide the internal stakeholders, including sales teams on the requirement of contractual obligations

**ROLE REQUIREMENT**
- 12-15 years of total experience with around 6-10 years of experience in Expert Cloud Services Experience, Procurement Contracts, Global Leader Framework and Global Contract Framework
- Good business understanding with an ability to identify and predict challenges in the external and evolving regulatory environment and also recommend a mitigation plan.
- Experience in negotiating large complex commercial contracts like IT Service Procurement, outsourcing, or supplier management will be a big plus.
- Willingness to understand Cloud Service business and delivery model
- Ability to collaborate and work with diverse group in a fast paced demanding environment with a ‘Can Do’ attitude
