TSH and its subsidiaries and associated company (together, the” Sloshed Group”) is in the business of (i) operating a multi-concept chain of pubs and bars, and (ii) the import and distribution of spirits, wines and liquors. Sloshed Group currently operates several outlets covering five concepts. Quaich Bar (2 outlets) and Signature Reserve with whisky as the main theme, and The Other Room and The Other Roof which are cocktail bars.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
- Coordinate daily tasks with the Sous Chefs
- Ensure that the production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality at all timess
- Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitations
- Follows good preservation standards for the proper handling of all food products at the right temperatures
- Personally responsible for hygiene, safety and correct use of equipment and utensils
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Worked in a professional kitchen for at least 2 years.
- Strong interest and passion in culinary.
- Someone who is able to work under pressure.
- Positive learning attitude and passion in customer service.
- Be inspired, motivated for innovation & passionate about food.
- Be able to work independently.
- Have a good & positive attitude.
- Reliable & a great team player.
- Can work in a fast-paced environment under stress.
- Willing to learn new skills.
- Able to commit on weekends and Public Holidays.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $2,800.00 per month
