**Responsibilities**

**1. Strategy Planning**

Collect and analyze information such as industry trends, market trends, and policies and regulations to provide data support and decision-making basis for the company's long-term strategic planning.

Organize the formulation of the company's overall strategy, clarify the strategic positioning, business strategy and development direction to ensure consistency with the company's vision and mission.

**2. Planning and Execution**

Develop annual, quarterly and monthly business plans according to the company's strategic plan, decompose them to each department, track the implementation of the plans, and adjust and optimize them in a timely manner.

Coordinate the work among various departments to ensure the smooth progress of strategies and plans and solve cross-departmental problems in the process of plan implementation.

**3.**Analysis and Reporting**:
Regularly analyze the company's business operations, evaluate the implementation effect of strategies and plans, and provide detailed analysis reports and improvement suggestions for management.

Conduct industry research and competitor analysis, identify market opportunities and threats, and provide references for the company's strategic adjustment and business expansion.

**4. Project Management**

Be responsible for the planning, organization and implementation of the company's major strategic projects to ensure that the projects are completed on time, with high quality and in accordance with the quantity to achieve the expected goals.

Conduct full-process monitoring and risk management of projects, promptly identify and solve problems and risks in the projects to ensure the smooth progress of the projects.

**5. Team Management**

Be responsible for the team building and personnel management of the strategic and planning department, formulate team work plans and goals, and improve the overall ability and performance of the team.

Guide and train team members, improve their professional quality and business ability, and build an efficient and professional strategic planning team.

**Requirements**:
**1. Education background**

Master's degree or above, majoring in Information Communication ,Business

Administration, History, Economics, Marketing, Strategic Management and other

related majors.

**2. Working experience**

Have more than 10 years of relevant work experience, including at least 5 years of

strategic planning or enterprise management related work experience.

**3. Professional skills**

Be proficient in strategic management, marketing, financial management and other

knowledge, and be familiar with industry development trends and market dynamics.

Proficient in using strategic analysis tools and have strong data analysis and model

building capabilities.

**4. Ability and quality**

Have excellent strategic thinking ability, keen market insight and accurate judgment,

and be able to grasp the industry development direction and market opportunities.

Have excellent communication and coordination skills, team management skills and

project promotion skills, and be able to effectively cooperate with various

departments to promote the implementation of strategies and plans.

Have strong stress resistance and innovation ability, be able to cope with various

challenges in the complex and changeable market environment, and propose

innovative solutions
