**Context**:

- Implementation Management has a leading, coordinating and supporting role regarding technical topics, commercial commitments and solutions within a network implementation organization. The job role is managing all implementation services e.g. Network Design, Site Acquisition, Civil Works, Installation, Integration services etc.
- Contribute to an IT project for a Antaes client in the Telecom industry
- Managing all aspects of an implementation project from start to finish, including planning, organizing, overseeing work flow, and communicating progress to key stakeholders
- Develops project plans and ensures that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations
- Manages a team of implementation specialists that are responsible for the implementation of technical systems, software, hardware or solutions
- Handle work orders and compensation
- Supporting other members of the team with tasks such as testing new features or providing documentation about the project status
- Communicating with stakeholders to identify and resolve issues throughout implementation process
- Being the Interface to Project and Customers as well as other functions e.g. Local Distribution, ASP’s, SP’s, Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), Sourcing, neighboring function involved in the rollout.
- Reviewing project plans, meeting minutes, and other documentation to ensure that all tasks have been completed according to plan
- Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to ensure that goals are being met throughout the implementation process
- Manage acceptance procedure
- Drive implementation improvements
- Manage assurance and security of implementation work
- Conducting post-implementation audits to ensure that all changes have been implemented successfully and that the new software is being used effectively
- Contribute to the promotion of Antaes services on top of assistance provided to clients

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or computer engineering
- Proven work experience as an Implementation Manager for large scale projects
- Knowledge and experience with Occupational Health & Safety (OHS)
- Proven project management experience in a matrix environment
- Excellent internal/external written and verbal communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise issues in a complex environment
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills. Must be detail oriented.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
