**Position**: Customer Relations Service, Counter Reception

**Work Days**:5-days work week (2 rotational rest days)

**Work Hours**: 10am-8pm

We are supporting a client in providing manpower services for the Shopping Mall they manage based at the heart of Singapore shopping district.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Will front the Information Counter at the Shopping Centre, handling phone and walk-in inquiries and assistance.
- Assist in promotional activities in the Shopping Centre such as (but not limited to) gift redemption, voucher confirmation and distribution, events and campaigning.
- Will also perform other administrative functions.

**Position Requirements**:

- Minimum education, “GCE N” Levels education.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Cheerful, people engagement, comfortable in communicating with various consumer individuals.
