Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Service & Customer Relations Executive. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to coordinate service schedules while handling documentation, and enjoy interacting with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise directly with customers for scheduling of aircon servicing and installation appointments
  • Handle customer enquiries and provide clear, confident explanations on service details, warranty coverage, and billing
  • Coordinate daily job schedules with the operations and technician teams
  • Issue invoices, payment receipts, and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Assist in processing warranty claims, ensuring timely and professional resolutions
  • Maintain accurate service records in CRM/FSM systems
  • Manage feedback or complaints with a calm, proactive attitude
  • Support admin tasks such as preparing service reports, quotations, and warranty documents
Requirements:
  • Positive, extroverted personality with strong people skills
  • Good spoken English (additional languages a bonus)
  • Confident and professional when dealing with customers
  • Able to multitask and coordinate between teams
  • Experience in HVAC/aircon industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with invoicing software, CRM or FSM systems preferred
