Job Description

**Location**: Walking distance from MRT

**Working Hours**: Mon - Fri (8:20am - 6pm)

Basic salary + Allowance/ Transportation fares

Uniform will be provided for this role

Organize and coordinate cases and corporate events
Deliver consistent high quality and reliable communications and customer service leading to an excellent customer experience
Attend to enquiries, feedback and complaints and all related matters
Conduct site tours of the facilities
Front line duties and case/ event management
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:
Diploma/ Degree in Hospitality, Marketing or Business Management or equivalent
At least 2 years of Customer Relations, Sales and Marketing or Administration experience
Excellent customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently and a team
Shift work will be required if there are late night events
Willing to work on weekend/ Public Holiday (if required)
Relevant experience in hotel front office/ airline will be plus point
