Singapore gush Full time

**About the team**

Gush is an advanced materials company dedicated to innovating and developing products that improve living indoor spaces. At gush, we help to clear the air, better living spaces and embrace what it means to thrive. Our flagship product is an innovative paint that purifies air 24/7. Our paint not only protects the homes you live in, but also our environment - we’ve made a promise to be eco-friendly every step of the way. If our mission resonates with your personal beliefs, this is the place to be

Our company is helmed by young entrepreneurs but guided by industry giants, and we are currently raising our Series A round of investment. We are poised to expand internationally into markets such as the United States of America and Australia, to name a few. Join us and be a part of an exciting growth phase of gush.

This role reports directly to the Human Resource Manager. Together, the Human Resource team supports the HR operations and strategy of gush. This covers aspects of talent acquisition, talent retention, payroll, compensation and benefits, performance management, day-to-day operations, engagement, learning & development, and culture. Gush is undergoing a digitisation and automation drive and so your work will be eventually supported by HRMS and payroll software.

Functionally, your work will be key in ensuring gush’s talent acquisition and payroll aspects in supporting our blue-collar service staff are well taken care of. There may be other aspects of HR that you would be helping to support, so there would be plenty of room to grow, especially in performance management systems and learning & development. As gush is still growing, there will be opportunities to draw upon experience to put into place new structures, systems, and best practices.

A successful Senior Human Resource Executive would be one who is independent and detail oriented. This individual would be comfortable taking ownership of operational issues surrounding foreign worker hiring and payroll, ensuring that those processes run smoothly.
