**Key Responsibilities:
**Examination Management**
- Work with examiners or co-examiners in the setting, revision and formatting of examination questions, answers and marking guides.
- Assist with exam-day administration, including resolution of invigilation matters.
- Manage the exam marking processes and analysis of exam results.
- Support the secretarial duties of the examination committees, including material preparation, minutes of meetings, etc.
**Learning Materials**
- Assist in the review and check of learning materials and study guides.
**University accreditation and exemption assessment**
- Support the accreditation and annual reviews of accredited universities under the programme.
- Support examination and practical experience related to communications and enquiries.
**Other projects and events**:
Support in the planning and organising of programme-related events and other outreach efforts.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in accounting, business or related fields.
- Preferably, at least 2-3 years of working experience.
- Positive work attitude.
- Has initiative, meticulous, independent as well as able to work in a team.
- Adaptable to changes in work scope.
- Possess good writing, organisational and communication skills and is patient in handling public inquiries.
