**We are looking for an experienced Customer Service to join our team**
- Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Mon - Fri)
- Company Incentive Trip

**Job Descriptions**
- Liaise with Sales Team, Suppliers and Customers on orders and delivery schedules
- To handle Sales order processing, delivery order and invoicing with accuracy and timeliness and keeping customers informed of delivery dates and delays
- Ability to respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Sourcing and getting quotation for products based on customer requirements
- Provide strong support and works closely with team members to execute sales activities through timely follow-up of information
- Assists in supporting sales through generation and follow-up of sales leads
- Customer oriented and able to work independently under minimum supervision
- Preferable able to start work immediately / within short notice

**Requirements**:

- Min. Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in Customer Service support job functions, strongly preferred in similar field (Electronics Industry)
- English/Mandarin is essential to deal with customers

**Salary**: $2,300.00 - $2,700.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 2 years (required)
