Roles and Responsibilities
- Interviews and provides STI information to patients.
- Follow-up on patients who have been diagnosed with STIs or have defaulted treatment.
- Contacts patients' sexual partners for screening and treatment.
- Reviews electronic medical records (EMR) details.
- Provides Medical Scheme information and STI education to brothel keepers and Medical Scheme registrants.
- Conducts routine checks on brothels to ensure they comply with the Medical Scheme guidelines.
- Participates in educational and research activities and projects (HIV ST Project).
- Manage the National STIs/HIV hotline and STI registry
- Assist in generating STI statistics

Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Counselling background is an added advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
