Job Description:

  • Logistics Responsibilities:

    Manage inventory levels across various locations to ensure healthy stock levels using industry-standard software and tools. Forecast stock levels and re-order with suppliers as needed.
  • Customer Excellence Responsibilities:

    Provide exceptional customer service via multiple channels, including email, chat, and social media. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer queries and improve overall customer experience.

 

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Key Competencies:

    Business proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written). Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and industry-specific software such as Shopify and WMS.
  • Personal Qualities:

    Fun-loving, open-minded, and curious with a positive attitude. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
