DSC Clinic (31 Kelantan Lane), our outpatient clinic for the diagnosis, treatment and control of Sexually Transmitted Infections (STIs) in Singapore.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Update and scan laboratory results in a timely manner into the computer system.
- Monitor office supplies, ensure proper storage and sufficient supplies of office consumables and educational materials.
- Raise Purchase Requisitions for for stock/ non
- stock purchases.
- Provide administrative support to the DSC Head and DSC Head, Operations including managing of calendar, minutes taking, booking of venues, setting up rooms.
- Assist to update DSC operational guidelines and intranet information.
- Assist to maintain a good paper and electronic filing systems.
- Assist in tracking, prepare and submit returns by departments and DSC Management Report.
- Upkeep and maintain office equipment, maintenance, key press and allocation of staff locker records.
- Provide administrative support in data entry/ verifications for DSC projects.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma in Business Studies or its equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
