**Your Career**

Palo Alto Networks is scaling its business strategy organization and looking for its next senior leader. Your work as a Strategy Lead will directly and visibly contribute to our overall strategy and success in Japan and Asia Pacific. You will work as part of a case team and work directly with the senior leaders in the organization to solve complex strategy problems that are on top-of-mind for our executives.

**Your Impact**
- Structure and break down complex business problems, develop a hypothesis, drive analysis and deliver recommendations
- Work collaboratively across a cross-functional set of stakeholders to gather the right information, pressure test your hypothesis, co-create deliverables, accelerate execution and unlock value
- Develop and present high-quality recommendation and deliverables (GSlide, GSheet, PPT, Word, etc.) for executive level consumption
- Support strategy / business planning processes and assist with developing strategic capabilities across the organization
- Drive change across the organization and be willing to wear multiple hats (strategy development, project management and execution) to do it what it takes to “move the needle”
- Provide coaching and mentoring to leads and associates on the team and take personal interest in their growth in the organization

**Your Experience**
- 8+ years relevant work experience with at least 4 years in management consulting (McKinsey, Bain, BCG)
- Effective verbal and written communication ability and comfort with both business and technical discussions with senior audiences
- Experience in building c-level relationships and leading through influence
- Experience in managing independently projects and large-scale transformations
- Great teammate, willing to passionately roll up their sleeves and work cross-functionally to get things done
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments with mínimal supervision
- Expertise in the Enterprise technology industry including knowledge of cybersecurity industry is preferred
