- Coordinating and managing appointments and meetings.
- Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking.
- Maintaining general office files related to the company’s operations.
- Liaising and coordinating with contractors, suppliers & clients on assigned projects.
- Performing other relevant duties when needed.

Job Requirements:

- 2 or more years’ office administration experience or handle company account preferable
- Proficient in spoken & written English and Chinese preferable
- Good communication & coordination skill
- Comfortable handling confidential information.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
