
Client Success Analyst

We are looking for a smart Client Success Analyst to join our expanding team in Singapore. As a client success analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining a strong relationship with our existing clients and ensuring their success through utilisation of our Apps. You will become an extension of our Japanese based clients to enable them to improve their business through understanding their strategic issues & priorities in the consumer goods industry, whilst increasing the lifetime value for Acumen and preventing churn.
You will be:
- Working with leading FMCG multinationals across multiple industries e.g., alcohol, food, soft drinks, pharmaceuticals
- Driving retention and growth among our clients by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed
- Ensuring successful transition of new clients from implementation into business as usual
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients through regular communication about user sentiment, adoption of the tool & identifying new opportunities to deepen engagement
- Collecting and analysing feedback from users to turn them into advocates of Acumen and our apps
- Working with our clients on upsell opportunities such as delivering training, building reporting, system configurations and more.
- Representing the voice of the customer to inform our product roadmap
