**Overview of job**

As a Programmatic Executive, you will oversee the strategy, planning, implementation, and reporting of all biddable platforms that fall under the scope of Social. You will also provide guidance to the internal teams working on those brands and supporting core team to develop the business capabilities across accounts.

This role reports to the Performance Manager/Performance Director and the Head of Programmatic.

**Measures of Success -**

**In 3 months**:

- A strong understanding of the client’s brands and products
- A keen understanding on the various platforms and systems which power digital media
- Gain an in depth understanding of the programmatic landscape, be trained on the various programmatic/trading platforms and tools and have an understanding of how they operates
- Develop relationships and earn trust with your own team as well as the local market operation teams

**In 6 months**:

- Work with the team on optimization suggestions and work with programmatic director to improve campaign performance
- Develop and identify gaps/processes/tools to improve campaign performance and efficiency

**In 12 months**:

- Be involved with strategic planning with Engagement team and Agency
- Run more efficient campaigns

**Responsibilities of the role**:

- Execute digital campaigns on platforms like Display & Video 360(ex-DBM), Campaign Manager (Ex-DCM), Trade desk, App nexus, Google Analytics etc.
- Understanding of Programmatic Buying, including DSPs/SSPs, RTB, ad-exchanges, DMPs, audience targeting.
- Understand client’s business, media objective and the programmatic product they are currently using
- Ensure client’s KPIs are met as per brief
- Provided regular updates and feedback to team that ensure operational challenges are resolved, new client opportunities are assimilated, and processes are optimized and to ensure a focus in developing client strategy across your portfolio of clients
- Monitoring the success of Campaigns through Google analytics, DSP UIs, Automation Dashboards
- Provide actionable insights during mid and post campaign reports to improve in-flight optimizations and future campaign brief recommendations
- Consistently manage and deliver campaigns for your portfolio of clients, with the highest degree of service, strongest results and without error
- Any other project or tasks as assigned from time to time
- Build a great working relationship with your team, market teams and client team, operating seamlessly together to deliver success for our clients, across the briefing, booking, set up, optimisation and reporting processes.

**What you will need**:

- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent diploma, in disciplines as Mass Communications, Digital Advertising/Media, Business Studies or relevant experience
- 1+ years working experience in Digital Marketing or relevant industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding of Adserver, DSPs/SSPs, RTB, ad exchanges, DMPs, audience targeting, Brand Safety, Viewability, Adfraud
- Effective communication skills and ability to adjust to a fast-changing environment
- Team player - able to receive and provide feedback professionally, thrive in a team environment and able to work collaboratively
- Passionate about digital media and eager to keep learning about new trends, technologies and best practices across the industry
