This position is for PACC Offshore Services Holdings (POSH), a company under Kuok (Singapore) Limited.

**Responsibilities**:

- Effective administration, preparation, production and execution of tenders in a structured approach that is within the commercial function’s processes and client requirements.
- Implement overall commercial risk management process by accurately assessing the key risks of the tenders and making recommendations based on analysing the factors affecting the said risks.
- Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for the allocated tenders including competitor bench marking.
- Interface with colleagues from the other functions or group to coordinate tendering activities or obtain inputs required for tender preparation.
- Support the commercial head in the preparation of materials for bid reviews with the Risk Subcommittee and Board of Directors.
- Support the business development teams with strategic plans to encourage business growth in-line with the company’s overall strategy.
- Ensure internal stakeholders adhere to and understand contractual obligations, and also determine when processes violate regulations.
- Build commercial risk awareness amongst team members by providing support and training within the company.
- Deputies for the head of commercial department during absence.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor Degree in Business or other disciplines and have at least 10 years’ relevant experience
- Extensive commercial acumen & risk awareness
- Strong contractual knowledge
- Experience in team management
- Some familiarity with tax and financial analysis
- Ability to display adaptability and work under pressure with strong time management skills
- Ability to analyse and simplify complex problems
- Excellent interpersonal skills and possess good negotiation skills to negotiate terms with clients and vendors
