**Responsibilities**:

- Ensures operational process operating and meeting process/ product requirement/ specification.
- Implements and maintains effective quality system processes in line with ISO9001 and Supplier audits.
- Responsible for calibrations of inspection and production tooling and equipment.
- Closely monitors the performance of key quality indicators (Quality objectives) and initiates, deploys, and implements plans or measures to meet the goal set.
- Analyzes process weakness, manages customer feedback, and enhance quality performance data by working with respective department on quality improvement plan.
- Verifies and ensures closure of all suppliers’ issues including corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensures all documents (Quality management system, Control Plan, and inspection checklist) are updated regularly.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum a Diploma in Quality/Manufacturing/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience in a similar position.
- Experience working in an ISO 9001 Quality System.
- Good knowledge in AutoCAD, SAP, ISO auditing, statistical tools, and MS Office platforms software (Excel, Words, PowerPoint).
- Proficient in the use of mechanical inspection equipment including calipers, micrometer, torque tester and other mechanical equipment.
