**About Us**:
JOE Green Pte Ltd is a leader in sustainable construction materials, driving innovation in green building solutions to meet the growing demands of the market. As a fast-growing company, we are looking for a passionate **Marketing Executive** to join our dynamic team and help elevate our brand presence globally.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Coordinate sales team activities **by managing schedules, filing important documents, and ensuring that all communication flows seamlessly
- **Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, **give after-sales support and provide solutions to clients facing issues
- **Inform clients of any unforeseen delays** or problems and provide appropriate solutions.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring smooth transactions from start to finish.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of presentations for sales and marketing pitches.
- **Any other duties as assigned** by management

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years work experience in marketing, with an understanding of B2B marketing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of building materials or construction products is a plus.

Pay: From $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 2 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (preferred)
