Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Marketing Executive, you will play a vital role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and other measurable metrics.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and manage marketing campaigns that align with the company's goals and target audience.
  • Plan and develop content for campaigns and drive brand engagement on social media
  • Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies across all social media platforms
  • Be part of project management, creative development, campaign tracking and reporting
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with lead generation and conversion goals.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate marketing results and upcoming initiatives to senior management.
  • Evaluate social trends to improve our current presence online.
  • Monitor market trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.

Requirements

  • Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent, up to date knowledge of major social media platform such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok
  • Knowledgeable in organic social media content strategies to achieve reach, awareness, and other measurable metrics
  • Understanding of content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong project management capabilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Independent and self-motivated individual

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $2, $3,400.00 per month
