Position Summary

1. Promote all kinds of necessary service plans by managing all the processes that customers experience.

2. Solve quality problems at an early stages and minimize the loss through technical support when quality issues occur to customers.

3. Secure the level of quality for customers by carrying out quality collaboration with customers.

Role and Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and handle CASE letters, small claim tribunal cases, CEO letters to ensure closure
- Approve exceptional handling based on empowerment matrix and case review with management
- Gather VOC to get insight on the area of improvement including product quality, service level, and sales/promotion
- Generate and prepare various report for VOC sensing on all channels to HQ and CS management

Skills and Qualifications
- Develops professional expertise by complying with company policies and procedures
- Works on problems of moderate scope where analyzing situations or data requires a review on various factors
- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
- Normally receives general instructions on routine work with detailed instructions on new projects or assignments
- Generally requires a bachelor's degree with a minimum 2 years related experience, or advanced degree without experience
