**Primary Objective/Purpose of the Job**

**Reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager, the Business Development Manager is expected to deliver individual new-to-business sales volume and revenue targets whilst ensuring assigned deliverables and new solution implementation objectives are met.**

**Responsibilities**
- **Work with management team to formulate, plan and execute new sales strategies**:

- **Understand and deliver against assigned individual annual target**:

- **Aggressively negotiate for the most competitive but sustainable pricing for the business**:

- **Identify and own all new sales activities from opportunities to conversion while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures for optimal merchant sales and services delivery.**:

- **Actively monitor market trends and activities. Understand and recommend new products or solutions to address evolving needs of merchants.**:

- **Collaborate across teams to improve merchant service and satisfaction level.**

**Knowledge and Skill Required**

**Experience**
- **3 years and above business development and merchant solution sales experience in Payments and Fintech.**:

- **Entrepreneurial self-starter with a proven track record in generating and winning new account opportunities.**:

- **Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft office and Sales Force**:

- **Has a broad existing network within the payment ecosystem.**:

- **Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.**:

- **Good analytical, initiative and problem solving skills when dealing with external and internal customers.**

**Education**
- **Tertiary or above education preferred.**
