**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Loyalty Benefits & Campaign Marketing Platform Services PMO within the Issuing Solutions Value Added Services organization, this position will provide Program and Portfolio Management leadership for the Digital Enablement Services product areas. This has a significant impact on Visa’s platform capabilities, and future revenue streams. Program management will holistically encompass working across all business and technical units within Visa to drive overall program success in a shared services delivery model. Comprehensive day-to-day management and leadership of multiple, cross functional, global software development efforts and teams, specifically for mission critical business and technology programs, will be required.

The responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Portfolio planning, Collaboration with an effective global team of POs, Tech Leads, Program Managers and Scrum Masters for roadmap establishment, Program leadership, Budgeting, Resource management, Capacity Modeling, Agile-Scrum Process transformation championship, Release planning, Reporting, Tracking success metrics like developer productivity improvements, Cross Functional influencing, Team motivation, Providing ongoing visibility into the value-added services portfolio and driving / managing / tracking projects through each phase of the project lifecycle through to successful completion leveraging agile methodologies where necessary, Communicating status, issues and risks to project stakeholders, Providing leadership to cross-functional project teams, and maintaining project and services documentation. This position will work closely with members of all of Issuing Solutions and broader Visa functions, as well as with all levels of management within the organization. This role will include ensuring agile best practices are being leveraged across the scrum lifecycle and specifically around the SM role including rolling out Visa transformation across Marketing vertical.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.

**Qualifications**:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1.Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering or a closely related discipline OR Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering or a closely related discipline, eight (8) years of overall work experience, and five (5) years specialized experience in project or program management.

3.Good familiarity with project management software tools, project management techniques, software development lifecycle in an e-commerce or web environment, scrum or agile experience.

4.SME Knowledge of project management principles and Agile development methodologies

5.Good attention to details, ability to think analytically and independently.

DESIRED SKILLS:

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with other departments and varying levels of management
- Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to negotiate priorities across organizations is required
- Ability to plan and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to independently drive projects through to completion
- Experience with a scrum tool like Rally is a nice to have.
- Financial Institution Engagement is a plus. Experience with foundational platform services is a plus.
