We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Singapore.

The main purpose of the role is to promote the company’s Engineering Services, developing and winning new business, and driving sales to achieve revenue goals.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Establish sales leads and contacts recording information in the company’s data system.
- Identify and cultivate new sales / business opportunities in order to meet sales target objectives for the S.E.A. business region.
- Identify a clear understanding of client enquiry requirements ad relay same back to Engineering or Operations managers for the generation of commercial / technical proposals.
- Promote, present and sell the company’s portfolio of services to existing and new clients in a professional manner and offer optional / alternative solutions where applicable.
- Communicate directly with Engineering and Operations managers and staffs to ensure planning and completion of technical / commercial proposals are achieved and submitted on time.
- Produce clear marketing strategy in accordance with budget forecasts.
- Follow up on submitted sales enquiries and close to order award where necessary.
- Although base in Singapore, the position will require occasional travel within the region to meet with clients.

**SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Previous experience of working in a fast moving, demanding operational environment
- Effective interpersonal skills to develop internal and external relationships
- Strong attention to detail, and competent in managing people and client relationships
- Ability to act proactively and prioritise work with limited supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate at senior level
- Good IT skills in MS Excel, Word and Power Point
