- Create, manage and roll out device policy in consultation with client Maintain and document the list of devices in the system.
- Manage mobile devices, enroll or unenroll devices from the system.
- Disable or wipe device with approval from client.
- Support upgrade of Horizon Infrastructure.
- Support project teams for mobile app testing (UAT), communication (change management) & deployment (rollout).
- Manage device refresh, mobile app rollout and device OS upgrades.
- Work with principal vendor and operational teams to support any high priority incident and enhancement.
- Note: You could be posted to any subsidiary in SIA Group.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science or equivalent, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience working in large IT environment.
- Possess excellent communication skills and be able to work in virtual teams with internal and external stakeholders.
