Customer Service for Luxury Brand

Working hours: Monday - Sunday 10am-9pm(8- 9 hours rotating shift) with 2 days off

Location: Orchard
- In-charge of handling the calls for Luxury Brand enquiries through the phone.
- Conducting simple troubleshooting and providing accurate advice to the callers.
- Perform outbound calls to follow-up and update customers.
- Support work, which includes ticket submissions, administrative duties etc.

Job Requirement:

- Passion for Customer Service and are able to present themselves professionally through the phone.
- Minimum GCE N Level and above
- 1 Years' Experience in Call Centre Environment / Customer Service/Hotels is an added advantage
- Knowledge in Telephone Etiquette, Customer Service
- Working hours Monday - Sunday 10am-9pm(8- 9 hours rotating shift) with 2 days off
