Our client is hiring for a Specialist to manage and deliver end-to-end planning of marketing events for their APAC business. The role involves creating promotional plans, coordinating with stakeholders, building registration sites, and ensuring consistency with global event processes. Other key responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, overseeing event marketing, and maintaining brand guidelines.
- At least 3 years of event planning experience for interal and third party events, preferably in Financial Services
- Experienced using On24 and Eventbrite/Cvent, otherwise experience in developing complex campaign on other CRM platforms, preferably in Salesforce or Hubspot.
- Experience in stakeholder management across levels with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to travel and handle multiple projects is a must
- A bachelor's degree is required, marketing or event-related qualifications is advantageous
