**Job Description**:

- Reports to the Logistics Supervior and support the supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations in the warehouse;
- Able to command a team of warehouse staffs at different level and in a diversified cultural environment;
- Assist and plan incoming container trucking schedule and allocate manpower to perform stuffing and unstuffing of containers;
- Accountable for inventory accuracy and lead the cycle count and stock take programs;
- Assist the supervisor to update staff attendance and leave records through company e-HR portal;
- Responsible to address customer complaints and work on corrective action and preventive action against any customer complaints;
- Working with the supervisor and warehouse team to perform goods receiving function and ensure accuracy in goods received;
- Working with the supervisor and warehouse team to perform picking and packing function based on the
- DO requirement for delivery to the retail or delivery to customers;
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of warehouse;
- Work on any Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) or any other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned by the management.

**Qualifications**:
At least 3 - 5 years of experience in Warehouse Management or Logistics Operations;
Assist the supervisor to prepare monthly performance metrics reports;
Excellent knowledge in different functional areas of transportation, warehouse, distribution,

inventory management and shipping etc;
Ability to operate and prioritise in a fast paced and dynamic environment;
Strong leadership skills and experience in managing big teams and excellent command and control on the floor;
