**Responsibilities**:
- Assist walk-in customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and any other assistance related to feng shui products and services.
- Provide professional, unbiased sales advice and share knowledge of feng shui principles to help customers make informed decisions.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring each customer receives personalized and positive experiences.
- Perform daily cleaning duties and ensure that products are well-merchandised and neatly displayed according to store standards.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the store’s overall success.
- Foster teamwork and collaborate closely with staff to meet store goals.
- Manage certain aspects of human resources, including training new employees and ensuring that team members' performance and development are aligned with store expectations.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 5 year of sales experience, preferably in retail or feng shui-related industries.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused with a strong desire to deliver excellent service.
- Team-oriented with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members.
- Some experience in human resource management, capable of training and guiding team members.
- Enjoy working in a retail environment and comfortable with weekend and public holiday shifts.
